As Your Agent, We Promise The Following:

  • To never put pressure on you to buy a home or property.
  • To actively search the market every day for FRESH listings.
  • To only show you homes and properties that meet your buying criteria.
  • To negotiate a written offer for you to get you the best price and terms      possible.
  • To continue working on the sale even after it is signed and closed, right up until you move into your new home.
  • To provide whatever assistance you need to make your move smooth and pleasant.
  • To assist you in locating Lenders, Escrow and Title Companies, & Inspectors.
  • To advise you about inspections and precautions to take when purchasing a home or land.
  • To promptly respond to calls or e-mails daily and keep good communications flowing.
  • To keep private and confidential, anything you share with me about your buying strategy. 
As Our Client, You Promise The Following: 
  • To understand that we do not get paid hourly to show you homes or property, and we are not on a Salary, we work on a Commission Basis.  We only earn income when you decide to buy a home or property, and only if you purchase it using our services as your Agent to actually write up an acceptable offer for you and negotiate it successfully through closing. The Listing Agent (Sellers Representative) will be paid his commission, regardless of who sells or shows his listings. The Seller's Broker pays our commission through an agreement between us to share "fees". The Seller pays us for services rendered. We cost YOU nothing!  
  • To understand that every Agent on the MLS has access to the same listing inventory. This means, that no single Agent can better locate a home or property over another MLS Agent. Therefore, another Agent cannot do a better job at finding you homes or available properties than we can. 
  • That if you see a listed home or property while driving around that interests you, you tell us about it immediately. Please don't contact the Sellers Agent from the "for sale" sign, as we are authorized by the MLS to show the home or property to you, and have access to the same information. If the home or property is for Sale by Owner, you will let us arrange to have the home shown to you and negotiate any purchase agreements with the Seller. The same applies to homes or properties you may see advertised in the paper or on the Internet. If you see something you want more information about, just let us know. It’s our job to do the information gathering on homes and properties for your review.  
  • To understand that no Agent can promise you a lower price on the home you want if you should agree to work with them.  
  • To promptly notify all other Real Estate Agents or Sellers that you may contact, that you are working with us as your Exclusive Buyer's Representative.  They will thank you for being honest with them and be glad to work with us.  
  • That if you are ever unhappy with us or our services, that you will simply tell us about it, so that we can resolve the issues promptly.  
  • Promises made…Promises kept…sealed with a handshake!
